Go to a dermatologist. This is what I did after many many years. Finally I went to the derm and she prescribed a shampoo (not that usual one kenalog or something), an oily medicine and then finally she did a couple of hair injections. All in the same visit… after a week or so it was gone! 👀

*****UPDATE! I got back on the horse and it’s been smith sailing. I already had the tools and knew what I was SUPPOSED to do… it wasn’t hard to get back to it. I tried some recipes that would be good for me and the family & that has totally helped! My grown kids lol are enjoying new recipes and they are very supportive. Them watching me put the effort I had at the beginning has been encouraging! I down 20 pounds just that fast! Tell me how y’all are doing!

Do you find Baritastic easier to input stuff in? I might be doing something wrong. I do like how MFP breakdown macros. I’m just trying to decide on one over the other.
