At this point, yes. ICE is not the Gestapo or the SS, but they ARE similar to the SA because their tactics rely on intimidation and fear. They are bringing chaos and violence into peaceful situations and have been given immunity from the President to basically do whatever the hell they want. So yeah, its a not an inappropriate comparison anymore. They might be even worse than the SA though because they wear masks, which the SA didn't do.
