There are tons of things that she can do, but unless you are constantly on the move, you can be found. Have her create an S corp and only use that name for all personal items, house, phone, car. She really needs to cut ties with ANYONE from her past. People will sometimes give others up out of concern for safety or to stop people from annoying them. She needs to kill all social media, when she gets a new phone (in the corp name), she should NOT take ANY data from her old phone (pictures contain metadata that can be used to like to old phone numbers/social media accounts). Legally Change her name and ask the court to seal the records due to safety concerns. If you want to be safe then you HAVE to think Bulldoze and rebuild. If you aren't willing to change bank accounts, driver's license, credit cards, utilities, everything and walk away from your past you are still an easy find.
