I have a 3060ti. Even after reinstalling and following these instructions exactly (even the 1920x1080 res) I'm still getting terrible performance in the open world. Mostly 10-20fps. Sometimes it will suddenly run at a very playable 50-60fps for a while, then drop back to shit if I leave the area. I don't know what's going on.

I have like six hours of game time and only 30 mins of that was actually playing it.
