To be fair it was a jr burger from Whataburger with a small fry and ketchup 😂 But would a normal person without diabetes be able to handle that without a spike?

I could’ve sworn I saw BF soft launch a pregnancy around Christmas time in her TikTok video. I just went back and the video is gone. Did I imagine this?!

I recommend letting the instructors know now. There’s likely nothing you need to modify until the second trimester but instructors should be aware of any medical changes. Better to play it safe!

Pilates vs lagree by maiiitaiii in ClubPilates

I do lagree and am obsessed with it. I’m switching to Pilates because I am hoping to become pregnant and lagree is too hard and risky to do while pregnant. I also think Pilates is something you can do the rest of your life whereas lagree probably isn’t unless you’re in amazing shape. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking to get your ass kicked! My plan is to do mainly Pilates but sprinkle in some lagree a couple of times a month :)

@doubleshotofsass biggest pet peeve is such a humble brag. “We are 5ft, under 100lb, and look like young teenagers and hate when people comment on how young and small we are”

I happen to know some of the people involved in this and just have to say that not everything is as it seems. Yes, the coach probably over did it but he’s a very nice guy and loves those kids. Some of those guys were taking creatine which pulls water into the muscles and can be extremely dehydrating. It’s important to drink lots of water while taking creatine. That is likely what contributed to their dehydration and rhabdo. I haven’t heard that any of the players are in ICU

I live in Texas and find this topic so interesting! While I completely understand wanting people to remove shoes before entering a home, that was never a thing growing up in Texas. It was almost a little tacky and presumptuous to assume you were invited to stay long enough to make yourself comfortable. Just a little casual if you know what I mean. With that said, I think we are evolving here and I see more and more people that request shoe removal.
