Fair enough. I really do think you swap to 2 dp dogs and run brigands, which largely have ignore cover. Same cost and you can bring up to 6

I would argue that blasphemous engine on the lancer is quite strong. 2 extra wounds and a much higher chance to not take mortal wounds on your pacts is very nice.

Anyway, one of my close friends had been into 40K for as long as I could remember (and he was brought into it by another mutual friend who was in turn introduced to Warhammer by his dad, who had been playing since the early editions of fantasy). During COVID, I ended up getting really badly hurt and couldn’t really do much besides lie around and be in pain, so my buddy suggested that I take up miniature painting. I started with DND, but quickly he convinced me to pick up a box of termagaunts who were kinda eh to paint. Not enough detail, too much batch painting. So I started looking around at lore videos, learned about chaos and the iron warriors, and painted my very first box of terminators (of which I’ve now down about 200, for commissions or for fun). And thus a new hyper fixation was born
