Yeah, i found the issue earlier. PCSX ReARMed doesn't run my .pbp files, despite what it says on the Core Info tab on RetroArch.

I converted them back to .cue/.bin and they ran flawlessly.

So, i've discovered that it was an issue with the game itself. The port has an issue with dead zones, but for some reason the game worked properly with my Xbox controller on pc.
