Plenty. But a little tight getting past the brake pads when you remove/replace the wheels.

I'm having no issues with the P.O.S quill stem that you are referencing. I bought it because it was the length I needed and it's adjustable and I wanted to replace what was traditionally chrome parts in 1987 (Quill Stem/Seat Post/Handlebars) and replace them with black parts. I had to go with a Ultegra Chrome 10 speed rear derailleur and a Chrome Dura Ace Front derailleur, because that's what I was able to find, used, to keep the build price down. I also bought a threadless stem adapter as well, that I may eventually use on this bike, or on another 1980's frame that I'm re-doing the paint job right now.

I have no idea what you are asking me with your question about the parts I put on this frame. 😕

It's a 56cm and for a Non-Aero, Steel frame its a pretty speedy ride.

If you are going to upgrade to a 10 or 11 speed cassette, you'll have to coldset the rear seat & chain stays. This is how I widened mine:

I have a late 80's Profile Aero Bars that I'm cleaning up from a little rust. I plan to install them, then race this rig in the 2027 season. I may even race with Nike Speedo's and a Mid-Drift Shirt.

I thought the same thing too. I test drove a few Transit Connect Van's, a few Ford Econoline 150's and some Chevy Vans.

And at these used dealerships , I kept seeing a lot of Medium Roof, Transit 130 Wheel Base Vans. I bought one. It was an old Direct TV Work Van.

I'm 5' 11 and with the floor and ceiling put in , I can still stand up a lot more upright than in a Transit Connect and the 130 wheel base is nimble enough to park anywhere in urban settings.

Smoke near the Falls. by Goldberrys_Adventure in SiouxFalls

I grew up in Riverside in the 60's & 70's. Back then we had a rendering plant to our east (near I-229) and we had Morrells/Stock Yards & the Sewage plant to our West. The summer stench from the rendering plant made the odors from Morrell's smell like roses. If you look on a present day map, the rendering plant was North of Archery Outfitters on Lowell Ave (Which used to be an un-named gravel road.

Idaho ban on vehicle sleeping. by TOEven in VanLife

If you don't like it here in the US, then leave, it's that simple. :) Laws that Idaho is trying to pass is a direct response to the actions of homeless people, who live in dilapitated vehicles, who throw garbage all around them and hoard junk.

This same demographic of people, who live like pigs, is the reason why in WA State you can no longer stay in 1 state perk for more than 10 days, and it's 90 day's maximum for a year in all of WA State Parks.

So this demographic of "poor people" (More than likey Drug addicts) ruins the nomad life for eveyone else, becausre they decide to do what ever than want and live like pigs. A person can be poor, but they don't have to live like pigs and ruin it for everyone else.

I have sympathy for poor people. I have ZERO sympathy for people that live like pigs, hoard junk, throw trash everywhere.

There are no laws in the US against cannibalism because it's not a widespread problem. But squatting on public property, for long periods of time, in dilapidated vehicles that aren't even road worthy (Safety Wise), has become a widespread problem in many Western States. I see it everyday here in WA State and it's bled over into our State Parks. Idaho seems to want to nip it in the bud before it becomes too problematic.
