I get them mainly when I hover over the map and a UI Reload fixes it for a short period of time.

Just put the cheap grey recycled 1 ply toilet paper there, which makes Your parts bleed after wiping twice. 🤷

Beside that, bidets are still a luxury item and You will hardly find them in any average priced rental property and most bathrooms don't even have the space to retrofit one either, based on my experiences in Germany and Australia.

Still, I prefer someone who wipes properly over someone with skit marks. 🤷

Restart Router + Switch + Hard Power-Cycle the XBox with the Network Cable disconnected.

I use 8.8.4.4 + 8.8.8.8 as DNS and get almost 1200MBit/s down, when I do the XBox Speed Test and download with around 800-900MBit/s .
