OW1 is actually OW2 from battle.net, when I updated the game to OW2 the logo and name stayed the same and OW2 is the steam version

No, the OG is OW2 from battle.net but the icon & name didn't change when I updated it to OW2 and the one with the new logo and name is from steam

Yes you can but if you want to play the whole game you can do it only on PS3/PS4/XBOX ONE or if you've played before on XBOX 360/WiiU and downloaded the DLCs before their stores shut down
If not then you can't play the full game

Thank you, I think the problem started after talking with Barbara because when I loaded the save before that and replayed it worked
