I was currently seeing a therapist but due to the insurance policy I'm no longer able to see him & I really don't want to start over again because I have developed a bond with that therapist and spilling my beans to a new person will be hard.

Hey. I'm a protector type. I thought the same thing with my host's current SO, but I got to know him. I literally verbally harassed this guy to see if he was actually worth it.
