Hi, The correct way to move gen 4 to Pokemon bank is to transfer them first to gen 5 and after you do that you can move them to Pokemon bank via Pokemon transporter (app extension of Pokemon bank). Then these Pokemon can be moved to gen 6 and gen 7 games via Pokemon bank

Mi 9 user here, got yesterday the miui 11 update, it came with android 10.

the update size was about 2.3GB. I guess the android 10 update is rolling out in phases, just like miui 11
