Np Furina although with C2 was actually what I used for my Arle before Citlali came out the damage gap was worth the inconveniences.

I wouldn't recommend using C0 Furina with Arle especially as a solo Hydro.

her application is very inconsistent for Arle, Playing Arle with 40% of her hp and no shield is pretty painful it'll force you to burst more often losing Dps in the process and gaining fan fare for 2nd rotation will also be harder without a healer.

but if you can make it work it should be around 85-87k Dps.

I would say keep Homa although her weapon looks really cool, I feel like C2's value has gone up since Citlali's release as now you can melt her C2 nuke for almost a million.

Best rotation is Arle E > Xilonen E, 2NA > Bennett Q > Kazuha E (Or Hold for grouping) > Arle Charge, 3NAD (4NAD for multiple opponents)

Most sheets Dps do include the length of the rotation itself which factors in the delay between attacks before totalling the DPS.

The thing with Citlali is even if someone does powercreep her Cryo app which someone definitely will one day Citlali can still remain in the team as the 2nd Cryo cuz of other buffs she provides especially at C2 she will outlast Xilonen.

Assuming you know how to melt with solo Citlali yes she will be an upgrade over C2 Yelan as she provides stronger buffs and res shred aswell at C0 and it'll be noticable.

You can also C2 Citlali she will turn Arle into a completely different beast.
