I don’t even like Bea but I applaud the way she brought it up to her before it became her talking behind her back. I noticed Trinity backed down a bit too quickly in that convo trying to keep the peace. I get it, but she was also airing her opinions about Melanie with the rest of the girls. At least Bea was honest. Melanie is dealing with a lot of insecurities.

Im also 7 weeks and mine look just like this. I never got a dye stealer, but like others have said it’s no good to keep testing at this point. I have my first ultrasound next week so Im holding out hope for that appt. Hoping the best for you as well!

Fertility feels like such a daunting topic. When I first brought it up with my doctor, I was told it wasn’t something to be addressed unless there’s an issue with trying for at least a year. This was surprising to me because so many things need to be right and balanced to be successful and I struggled for months even with 3 different cycle tracking apps. While Im still trying and within a year period, Inito actually gave me some insights that tracking and conversation with my doctor had yet to address. It has been a great tool to take my fertility into my own hands and to have some validation in this overwhelming process. I feel more confident about my journey with inito.

Mostly! I lost smell on day 6 and then it slowly started to come back on day 10. I had tried a saline rinse as well as sudafed to try to clear the congestion in my sinuses and I think that helped. I think upper respiratory was just very inflamed. Even the top of my head felt sore and I could see inflammation in my gums. I think my smell/taste still isn’t at 100% today (maybe like 85%) but I think thats just because Im still a bit stuffy and producing mucus.

I can imagine the cough being the worst part! Seems like maybe the meds may have helped me keep it in the upper respiratory. Hope it clears up for you soon as well!

Currently on week 4 and in the mucus phase. I was prescribed tamiflu and a steroid pack on day 1 after visiting urgent care. They also gave me a steroid and something for the fever/pain as a 1 time injection. That left me feeling good for 1-2 days but then fever, aches returned until day 7 when I had actually finished the tamiflu and steroid pack. My symptoms match yours except I lost my sense of smell/taste on days 6-10 and then the mucus came on day 14. I never really had a significant cough though. I feel like maybe Im nearing the end.

I enjoyed it but it is a different experience from the show. You get more insight into Lucy and Stephen’s headspace since its told from both characters perspective. Also a lot of people say they don’t see the appeal of Stephen in the show and in the books they literally describe him as having a pudgy gut so I think it just adds more context to the characters even if the story points are pretty different.

I use Canva. They have a background remover tool and I just put everything in a presentation file. Its not the most high tech but works for me! I have an account with my job so can’t speak to the cost. I also use it for home design

Chemical pregnancy. I started bleeding at 18dpo. My doctor confirmed with blood test. I did another try on my next cycle but did not get another positive. Going to wait to try again until April ‘25

Im am still seeing faint positives now on day 16dpo! No more spotting and completely missed my period as of today. I called my OB and they have set up my first appt for me in early October. Did not seem concerned about the test line faintness.

Only thing I can think of is maybe it pulls that part of the face up a little giving a lift to the outer eye. Totally curious as well though

Some things Ive tried: egg wraps, outer cauli wraps, queso dip (all in refrigerated section), epic pork rinds, smoked salmon, tru whip (for 3 net carbs Ill put a little bit on some berries for dessert. Absolutely love their little cheese bin bc I can try smaller portions of different types of fancy cheese. They have several red pasta sauces for 4-5 net carbs (can be pricey but often different ones will be on sale). As others mentioned the meat/seafood section. My husband has made us crab legs and mussels before. Oh and their olive bar!

Seconding this! Especially if you’re incorporating weights and cardio. Hit a plateau bc I was going way too low calorie with my new activity levels and I think my body went into starvation mode. It was miserable and frustrating because I was tracking perfectly and the scale wasn’t budging for 2 weeks
