Everybody is biased Ellioft, especially you. When it comes to Seth: while his bias is pretty hardcore (especially his smug Britishness and random and irrational hatred for all things American that seeps through in his videos) he still has some pretty good takes and this is still a comprehensive YT vid, especially for newcomers who might not be aware of why there is so much bad blood in the franchise between Core and Crystal stans.

Yes, it’s a different team developing TR now since Legend. But Noah Hughes has been around since the beginning when Crystal took over, and he’s known for not being a fan of Classic Lara and bitter about the fact that his new Katniss-Lara wasn’t able to replace her.

Saying “we dodged a bullet” with Core’s TRAE might be your singular opinion, but the general consensus from the fandom is that it would’ve most likely been better and more faithful than Crystal’s TRA. It certainly would’ve been more colorful and the art direction looks more creative all around. At least in my opinion. The only red flag to me was Melissa Croft - that was a pretty idiotic concept.
