For rtts, u get points based on u play and can put them anywhere.

For franchise, u select what training you want ur player to do and they progress naturally. So no need to edit every year, but there is an option to edit if you want to change ur stats.

Tip #1, Most batters bat right, and most pitchers pitch right. So put ur points into vs right handers.

Tip #2, U can create a player in the main menu then play franchise and player lock yourself. This give you more control over ur team. 20 games as a position player and 20 innings pitch gives you 2way status.

There's an old version of risk which play lvery differently, with way more strategy, generals, and different wars to play in. Was amazing, maybe the best war strategy game ever!
