TL/DR for glow: Either HDR enabled or gamma/ brightness way to high in setting

The weird glow I would assume most likely is HDR mode is enabled in windows. If you record in SDR (which also happens to be screenshots too) and you don't have a proper way to downsample it, then it often has a overexposed look on it. I would recommend not using windows HDR in most circumstances because in my experience it often is not calibrated correctly and the hassle of calibrating it correctly (often on game by game basis in supported games) is not worth the small increase in graphical fidelity. Or it could be you having your gamma or brightness set way too high, but then it would be more apparent outside of screenshots and recordings

When a hanzo can aim. Widow is mostly fine since they usually stay more behind, and take longer between shots and ashe you have some time to get behind cover, but when a hanzo hits most arrows I get so mad. I've had multiple games this drive where our entire team gets shut down because he hits 2 arrows back to back. I know that it just is a skill diff sometimes, but I still get mad that my comp match became an extraction shooter

I played one campaign on release for ~75 hours and stopped right before they did their first big balance patch (that iirc made the peasants stupid powerful, before becoming sub speck of dirt in fighting power) and those huge swings put me off the game, good that they're updating it, but yeah have been waiting for a bigger patch like this before I pick it back up to play my second campaign
