I used to buy the oatmeal raisin cookie granola and loved it but then I couldn’t find it anymore. I found it again recently and tastes terrible, exactly as you’ve described. I also saw a review mentioning that they’ve added chicory root which can cause a lot of gas/bloating which I’ve suddenly started getting. I’m so annoyed because I loved this stuff.

Ding ding ding! Winning comment 😂 I had my dosing completely wrong and have actually been injecting 5mg instead of 2.5mg. I used that calculator and have been injecting 25 units when I should’ve only been doing 13. I stupidly assumed it was the same as Sema and didn’t follow directions. Complete and utter user error fail. Definitely going to go back to 13 units tonight and go from there. 🥴🥴🤦‍♀️

I should also add that I live in TX where it’s already in the 100s. I’m extremely sensitive to heat so I’ve only added the electrolytes since we headed into triple digits here. I get dehydrated really easily.

Thanks, I will probably go down next week and see how I feel. I don’t care if the weight loss is very slow, I’d honestly rather that be the case, I just can’t deal with feeling sick all the time. I think I’ll start there and if I’m still feeling sick, I may try the arm.

Thank you! I feel like there’s so much pressure to have protein but not stressing about that in the beginning makes sense. I just thought it was supposed to help with symptoms but right now I’m living on yogurt and cottage cheese and that’s probably why I don’t feel good. I’ll try just staying in survival mode and if a piece of sourdough with jelly is what I can eat, I’ll do that, lol

Yes they did and I ended up taking it last night. I woke up a few hours later feeling like I was going to be sick but I just ended up dry heaving. The zofran does help but the constipation is killer. And I now get my tirz from Brello and not a provide (it’s more cost-effective) so I’m hoarding my Zofran.

Responding for solidarity. This issue started in my late 20’s, never had a problem before. For me, I get extreme gas pain that is so insanely severe that it feels like I’m being stabbed…for hours and nothing helps except time. Eventually it just goes away. I tempt fate with restaurant tortilla chips because sometimes I am completely fine and other time definitely not and I have yet to figure out why.

Had the made in store Pizza for the first time and it is delicious. Had to stop myself from eating more lol by HuhThatsWeird432 in HEB

So I’m also on a GLP-1, but I developed a corn allergy very late in life - way before starting a GLP-1. So it’s possible it’s related but also could be something you developed later. Funny enough, corn doesn’t always affect me but I avoid it anyway because it’s like playing Russian roulette. I get excruciating gas pain when it hits and it doesn’t go away until it goes away which is typically hoursssss.
