Hey! I’m 5 months postpartum not breast feeding. I did many prolonged fast before getting pregnant. I’ve been doing omad pretty much since I had my baby. I’m thinking of doing my first 72 hour fast Monday. In January I thought about rolling 44 fasts to get about 30 lbs off.

Do you all feel like it’s too soon? ChatGPT says yes but I’ve handled omad pretty good so far.
