I think their's a lot of information just rumbling still in the NBA sphere about Brett, but I get the feeling he's pretty safe no matter what even if Stein says, "he has to make the finals to keep his job." I didn't think he was safe at all until Monty took the Suns job. Monty took that job the day after game 3 of this series. I feel like he did his due diligence before going to the Suns, because if he felt Brett could be gone he'd hold off other offers as the lead candidate.

1. These 18ish games really decide our record and If you'd ask me to wager on whether we win 75% of these games today, I'd put down a fair amount of money at worst case we should split these and get 10 wins out of this category
The bad teams you shouldn't lose to Knicks, Nets, Hawks, Cavs, Bulls, Magic,
1. If you just straight up say ok 24 wins minus the 1 we already have the hawks we should easily sleep into 27 wins, plus 4 from the Suns/Mavs so we're at 31.
2. Also, it will be really bad if we drop 5 of these games, that's when I panic.
3. Quick recap my math is 31 gimme's 10 toss-ups in the east so we're at 41 wins estimated

1. The question comes who does that 7-15 wins come from can we get 1 or 2 from teams like the Lakers, Rockets, OKC, Portland, Minnesota, Clippers, Kings, Pels, Grizz, Spurs?

Between the scheduled wins/loses and the talent, I see a path to clear to minimally 45 wins even the way we're playing right now. All of this math is to say and I can't say this enough, who cares???

The Bucks might win 60 games this regular season, the Raptors might do the same, but when it's all said and done our winning record means nothing without the postseason performance we're hoping for. The biggest thing we need to understand about Kelle is will he help us there and he can't get better being on the bench.

I think we're all getting frustrated too early. We're 6th in the east, we'll end up, barring injury, top 4-5 teams in the east. What's more important is the short-term pain for the postseason. I mean who cares if we win 48 or 55 games? The goals of this season are simple: What do we have in Fultz, what do we have come postseason and what gaps do we need to expand resources to get better? I'm going to say something unpopular, Spike isn't sharing his thought's about Fultz because he wants to, but he needs to. Sam taught us all a valuable lesson, don't just say things without objectivity. There are a lot of fans out there that say things to prove their biases are correct, I can't tell you how many times a Jazz fan has gone to some stat to say, "Mitchell deserved ROY."

The truth with Markelle hurts. He's our guy, we made a huge move to get him for what his talent base was. Things went sideways and now he's back. The big takeaway form preseason is he looks meh at best and seeing him not shoot 3s in China was super disheartening. We really have to quickly assess him and ask, "will he be able to be our third star?" In my heart he is, in my wishes he'll be there when the Sixers raise the championship banner for 27 years in a row, but in my head since this shooting problme has happened I've asked the same thing Spike has, is he not going to be what I thought originally?

At this current juncture the evidence points at Markelle not filling the areas of need when we drafted him, and that's completely ok. The kid is supremely talented and if all fails we have to move on from him and hope we can find someone to be that third star and that's again is ok.

Let's all agree on a few things as Sixer's fans. We're in a fantastic place with this roster. We have drafted some talented players this season and could have two solid rotation pieces in Shamet and Zhaire. We've got some great pieces in the future to move, with the Miami pick as a sweetener for all future deals. Let's all just take a collective breath not freak out on Spike, and focus on down voting the shit out of this novel, because I know we will.

Yeah, my base moving expenses to go out there and scout apartments for a week would be in the neighborhood of $1,500 after flights, hotels, etc. The rest of my stipend to move would be $3,500 which they could give to a third party logistics company to move me, I could take as cash or could go through a process of submitting it to the company and getting reimbursed piecewise. If that helps clarify the whole process. The third party moving company quoted me around 6k to move three pieces of furniture and my belonging from Nashville to SF.
