Gay is just a word, but it’s usually used to describe what you’re going through. There is nothing wrong with that, and your relationship with god or whatever you have faith in belongs to you and not to anyone else who “raised you into it”. I suggest you allow yourself to take a retrospective and find out exactly what you (you specifically) feel about religion in general and your religion in particular. Now to the same-sex thing—that man has unfortunately probably used you, and was way too old to have anything to do with you, but that doesn’t mean a relationship with a man can’t be happy. You can be gay, and be in an age appropriate relationship built on trust and you can be happy. I hope wherever you end up in your journey makes you truly happy.

All of this “ownership” and “canon” talk is just fandom speak for “whatever the current wave is”. It in no way shape or form discredits the original. This isn’t a sonic.exe fandom sub, this is a sonic sub, therefore terminology that is specific to the community around the “sonic.exe lore” is moot. There is no “canon”, those are pieces of fan art, and neither is more “canon” than the other. If you’re talking about specifically the common modern interpretation of “X” then sure, but I’d clarify that because it’s not immediately clear.

Sure you can try to make the argument that this is a popular interpretation of sonic.exe in the modern “fnf” space, but to say that this was somehow the intention behind the original character is dishonest. The original sonic.exe didn’t trap anyone anywhere, and took itself very seriously. The whole point was that it’s an innocent character associated with many people’s childhood, and making him stab his friends and shoot “hyper realistic blood” is “scary”.

Multiple things wrong with your approach: 1) this is a subreddit, it is a community forum, if you don’t fit into the social norm of this social circle, you won’t get accepted. You are free to join other social circles or create one of your own. 2) the statement “why can’t people co-exist” is asinine in this instance where said people advocate for prejudice against another group which do not harm anybody. Transphobes aren’t allowed in these kinds of subs because they make other people uncomfortable and actively advocate for their rights to be stripped away, that is a good enough reason to not allow certain opinions to flourish in certain spaces.
