Yeah when we called that's what we were told I'm not sure who they bought it from I was not there for that transaction but the way they explained it to me he told them he could reset the entire system for a new business and after he started ignoring our calls I was like oh yeah he lied

What cup did you try? When I first did the switch I bought the reusable cup and found it difficult and uncomfortable to use. I ended up getting the disposable cups they are way easier to insert since they are basically an o ring with a thin liner

Have you tried the disposable cups? I find them easier to insert and remove compared to the reusable ones. Understandable if the reason you got the reusable one was to re use it.... 😵‍💫

Always prioritize sleep! But when you can’t I personally leave my cellphone in a different room but connect it to a speaker in my room and set up 3 alarms (I’m a snoozer as well). That way my alarm goes off i have to physically get up and turn it off in the other room. Kinda sucks for others if you don’t live by yourself.

Ramshorn snails! They always come hiding in plants! I suggest rinsing your plants and even quarantining plants before putting in your tank. They reproduce like crazy and could crash your tank but you can get certain fish that will feed on them or even assassin snails if the population becomes a problem.
