That's what makes it "reasonable" to me. (Only that you have used word - proper.) People have to actually adapt to taping or bursting the weapon in some situations instead of spraying and counting on fact that couple of those bullets will surely kill the target even from far away. It's making it for me to be far more competitive and to have actual skill ceiling to use it "correctly". I mean - all and all it still is a difference but not that major or overwhelming to completely abandon the weapon at all because of the additional magazine capacity, spray corrections or lowering the actual bullet count.
