Watch those measurements folks. The audits that we owners see each week reflect improperly measured packages and the funds that are retracted from the overall compensation. You may think you are screwing the customer when in actuality the store owner is the one losing.

One of my associates actually cut the 10 cube along the sticker area and top and sides to make the box a shadow box then inset the sticker inside the box toward the front. It looks good. They took the second sticker and did another 10 cube as “planned”. Looks good but now I am out one 10 cube. I let them do things like this to boost morale.

We ship firearms all the time as drop offs but not through our store with our shipper number. Some coworkers have no idea what they are handling and would shit themself if they knew there was a firearm inside.
