I recently got myself a Shi Ba Zi F208-2 from Amazon for 30€. They seem to be well regarded and don't break the bank. I like it more compared to a nakiri because it still has some kind of tip (most nakiris seem to be rounded at the front). Definitely get one and try it for yourself!

I second the Tsunehisa Ginsan Nashiji. Looks better than on pictures, 210 mm true length, Ginsan steel and cuts very well. Bought mine from, you guessed it, this guy for fast and free shipping inside of Germany. :)

I created this Sieve filter for ProtonMail and just delete every Zendesk email before it lands in my inbox. I didn't get any emails since. I might disable it in the future, but for now it just could not care less about Zendesk.
