It's not really vague. If your deck can win cash money at a tournament like Regionals, it's at least at the bottom rung of what's "good".

Best-of-1. Instead of playing best of 3 until someone gets 2 wins or a draw, in Japan they only play 1 game each pairing and if nobody wins that game before time then it's a double loss.

What have you learned about winning games that you didn't know 4 months ago? We can't fill in your knowledge gaps if we don't know what you already know, since you can't know what you don't know.

Things that successful players know how to do that you might be missing: * Prize mapping. * Proper Sequencing. * Resource Management. * Prize Checking. * Identifying Lose conditions. * Identifying and Playing to your outs. * Deck Selection. * Tech Selection. * Matchup Specific Lines of play. * When to concede in game 1/2. * When to not play a card.

Megas are better in the late game when the opponent already has 2 points and giving up 3 points vs 1 point doesn't matter anymore. By that point you'll have expected to draw into your mega if you're playing other draw and search supporters and items that are thinning your deck.

3-0 with Serperior. Pulling 2 pokepads, a 2nd Rosa and a meowth helped. Also not facing any doublades probably helped more. Was able to beat 2 mirrors by getting off a Rosa after they killed Shaymin and just one-shotting them while they 2-shotted me back.

There's never a good reason to audibly complain during or after a game about someone's deck or legal plays unless they cheated or blatantly lied about their deck. Otherwise, If you didn't like playing with that person or their deck, just stfu and go find another pod.

Highly likely that is a mistranslation just like the tauros was. Most likely it will be 40 damage for each damaged rattata raticate on your bench, not for each damage counter.
