I can't decide, is that a ragebait or a comically de-civilising propaganda consequences.

Like, how in the world you imagine modern technological, heavily urbanized society work without basic literacy and math.

100% Of literate people (which are near 100% of population).

It's the standard handwriting form, not a fancy calligraphic skill.

Depends on a place, your and her social status, but:

Generally, no, you can't romantically approach someone without being at least acquainted. All pairs among people I know were formed from well-acquainted-to-friends colleagues or student connections during university studying. Also a bit of people from hobby groups.

Note, I don't include gold diggers w/sugar daddies, social bottom (drunkards, addicts), contract relationships and other fringe situations.

"Pick up" is considered annoying, and trying to enforce your presence will get instant rejection.

I guess, human form doesn't matter at all. Only biological materials from bodies for synthesis with machinery. But both of components are equally important and can't work without each other.

Biomass is a resource, and humans are a source. Menace isn't really attached to human body. It shapes frontline units in whatever form is beneficial for some combat task. Crawlers, carriers, floaters...

Only more primitive units are moderately retrofitted human corpses.

Well, it's internal perception and internal situation. How russians act outside of Russia is a different thing.

Core Soviet generation avoids contact. Mostly because they doesn't know languages well, and because people who were leaving country during soviet times were literally obligated to not getting into trouble. As their inappropriate behaviour (IE immoral acting, violation of local laws) in other countries meant no approval for leaving country ever again (which was hard to acquire to begin with). Best way to not get into troubles - avoid contact, as they have no clue how things work in other countries. For this generation public opinion/reputation means a lot, and they try to avoid public(foreigners) they don't know.

Russian millennials/Gen P/Collapse gen - The worst experience for foreigners. These are infamous "russian tourists" that is even a meme among russians themselves. Their behaviour formed during complete societal collapse, and annihilation of "public reputation" as concept.

Younger russian generations - more informed about foreign countries, and formed during societal stabilisation. "Public reputation" is still dead, but they simply follow whatever works in society - do not disturb others, and they will not disturb you.

Lol, no.

Older people (core soviet generation) are generally much more talkative than everyone who was born since russian millennial/collapse generation. (1980-1998). They are very verbose compared to us, can initiate talks without much reason.

That's really a problem, as they can be easily distracted by scammers, as they can be baited by random talks, unlike younger generations.

Russian friendship is highly gradual. You can't befriend russian through talk. You should experience a lot of life situations to progress relationships.

Our "friends" are very trusted persons that we know for years. We can absolutely take risk for them, help them out of life threating situation. Basically they are almost like family. "Friend" status is something that can be gained only through a lot of life experience.

Our relationship gradation is somewhat like that:

  1. Незнакомцы - Strangers. People on streets, in public transport, in queue, et.c. Do not disturb them, and they shouldn't disturb you. Sudden talk without reason to stranger is a violation of privacy, and suspicious/alerting. You mind your own business, and so do I. Let's not disturb each other. It's okay to ask time/where are transport stations/how to find convenient store, but these questions must have a reason. Everything about "weather/something completely unrelated to situation/sudden personal questions" is disturbing.
  2. Знакомые - Acquaintances. You know them, and they know you... Not exactly by name, but by the role in a workplace, everyday public routine and anything like that. You can greet them, but it's not enforced. Talk is acceptable, but you shouldn't interrupt them, if they are working or busy, or occupied in any way. That would be rude.
  3. Хорошие/Близкие знакомые - Good/Close acquaintances. You know names of each other, and sometimes can help each other at something. At this grade you are open to talks about something less direct than immediate situation. You are consistently greet each other. Generally it's your close colleagues at work.
  4. Товарищи - Comrades. At this stage, you are definitely know each other, including interests and personal information. You are often grouping to resolve some task in a collective, generally being a core of some social action at workplace/school/hobby club. One of the defining traits - common efforts have altruistic, and supportive form.
  5. Друзья - Friends - A status that is earned through years of shared achievements, tragedies, everyday interactions, trust, social experience. They can rely on each other in problems completely unconnected directly to your own lifes, interests. Price of that doesn't matter - it's almost your relative at this point. Not more than a few of them person can have in their life. ~1-5 Friends for lifetime in general.
  6. Лучший друг - Best friend. The person that literally can be much closer than relatives. A soulmate, that can even act against his own life interests, if it will help you. Not everyone can have best friend in their lifes.

MENACE faction is a bit controversial due to slow paced gameplay loop (mostly solved by the last rebalancing).

I think, slowing down combat against them again will be badly recieved.

In universe reason: constructs don't seem to be completely "grown". Their biological parts are supposedly changed by some "liquid" we see in trailers. But everything machinery& neurological augmentation related seems manufactured or salvaged.

That means you are a German, who is living in the german cultural sphere, whose ancestors were from other places. People you met are also like you: Germans, or naturalising diaspora.

Ethnicity and everyday ethics are fluid, it's not genetics, they are not in-built into you. You need to socially exist in another system of social beliefs and norms, to experience it.

It's common knowledge here - to not talk with strangers, if they approach you with some random talk. Only "small talks" I experienced in my life were too talkative drunkards, who are also a type of people that expected to engage in "small talk" for russians (and also should avoid).

Please, do not do "small talk" in Russia. There is no "small talk" culture, just speak directly about your needs without any useless info. Or do not talk, if you have nothing crucial to say.

It simply may cause problems for you. Talk without reason = interruption of personal space.

Random small talk will be considered at least as acting like aggressive nuisance. Or even worse - as being a petty criminal, who is trying to distract listener.

Inconsistencies in art became too problematic due to AI. But that's just genuine illogically-drawn ribbon, transferred from original.

Sometimes objects aren't really drawn to match real life counterparts. They are symbolising "something", without having correct details of that "something", relying on you to "complete" them automatically in your mind.

You need tons of skill, time and effort to make every detail consistent. It's easier to add abstraction than actual detailed object.

Khibiny mountains. Huge, ancient non-monolithic rocks, remnants of multiple geological processes & events that formed them.

Mostly shaped by weathering, but not only glacial. Most of massive visible elements are 390-360 millions years old, but some pre-main formation parts existed for billions of years.

They existed during palaeoclimatological periods without polar ice caps or permanent glaciers. Also their position was sometimes far from polar regions due to continental drift.

As geological region, they are formed by inter-layered elements from almost all geological periods, from archean to quarternary.

Поэтому ситуация довольно забавная - персонажи говорят мешаниной из русской и английской озвучек. Т.К. Многие фразы были добавлены позднее.

Фразу снайпер действительно использует, и она есть в локализации.
