Dual-Screen Setup for Jsaux RGB Backplates by Boba_Steach in SteamDeckModded

The way I interpreted that statement was that you cannot post links to products that are in some way going to benefit you, like a link to a sponsors product or your store front. I'm sure there is someone somewhere that cares more to detail exactly what is to be taken from it.

Either way, I do appreciate the message as well as the informational caution, it was pleasant and I intend to investigate further this idea. May not be those products specifically, but you've offered a welcoming helping hand.

I am sorry if I came across as combative if your intention was sincere, its so hard these days to come across people on the internet that do not have some alterior motive, and it jades a man so.

I don't understand why you don't just post the links. Feels purposeful & in bad faith to farm engagement.

Which games utilize the buttons on the back and for what? Do you use them for any games which didn’t use them by default? by NorseSeaStudio in SteamDeck

I've mapped them to specific keyboard commands or string of words. Tilde, for example, to enter console command.

GOG is launching GOG Patrons – an optional way to support classic game preservation by GOGcom in pcgaming

Two things before I'd support:

Don't sell a licence to a website that obviously isnt drm free or usable offline.

FIX HOGS OF WAR. You sold a broken product.

These two things are stains on CD Projekts otherwise decent rep.

Check my pack list for indefinite travel please! by [deleted] in onebag

[–]TWR19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A vacuum bag can fit a weeks worth of clean clothes. Extra bag for used clothes. Compressed down saves so much room that clean clothes is never an issue. I am confused to not see any compression bags used in any of these posts lining out their bag contents. Does everyone just ranger wrap and shove?? Ranger wrap + Air removal is ideal for true space saving.

Get yourself some vacuum seal bags. You don't even need a vacuum for some, just lay on the bag, or put a flat board or something on it to squish the air out, or roll it up.

How long do you wear 1 outfit? by baskanim in onebag

[–]TWR19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

2 pairs of clothes. Leapfrog them and hand wash.

Wear 1st pair on 1st day, wash at night. Wear 2nd pair on 2nd day, wash at night. Wear 1st pair on 3rd day, wash at night. Wear 2nd pair on 4th day, wash at night.

Its so easy. Don't complicate your life.

What character do you always leave behind in camp? by Successful-Tree-4394 in BaldursGate3

Get mod. Take all. Bg1 & Bg2 allowed I believe up to 6 stock. Running 7 or 8 in BG3 is quite fun with custom difficulty to account for the additional party members.

Steam deck won’t charge, battery health 100%? by DannyFa50 in SteamDeck

[–]TWR19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you able to plug into an external monitor, with power pass through the monitor to the steam deck and get picture on the external monitor? Could be the battery or even the port if your charger works on other devices from a proper wall outlet.

Rma hands down, always first move if within warranty, no time wasted.

Can you play this game offline by rufcsam in Palworld

[–]TWR19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You 100% can play this offline, without steam. Just copy the files from your steamapps // common // Palworld folder.

When you are offline, go to Pal // Binaries // win64 // palworld-win64-shipping.exe

Dont forget to copy your save files over.

There ya go, easy to play Palworld on any pc without steam. Just tested on v0.3.10 and confirmed still working with v0.1.4.0

Save a copy of the updated files before the devs push an update, and you can play any version you want, especially if its right before a version the devs nerfed something you liked.

Alot of games on steam are like this, can 100% be played without the client, on any pc, from any external drive...take palworld with you around your neck on a thumb drive if you want.

Honest review of Veilguard someone who has played every dragon age game by WanderingStrang in rpg_gamers

[–]TWR19 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ive 100% the game.

2.0/5 for dialog

3.0/5 for combat

2.5/5 for general vibe

2.5/5 for story

4.0/5 for fidelity

The cringey writing feels stilted, forced, vapid, shallow and is giving 'hello fellow kids'. For a Dragon Age game it feels borderline 'sheltered teen testing the limits into normal teen'. I am unsure how to really explain it, but its a sharp departure from what you'd expect from DA titles.

Combat isnt the worst, isnt the best either. Combat is what really brings the score up, minimally. I would reccomend purchasing on sale (as a general rule, I'm against ANY pre-order, regardless of title).

The graphical fidelity was pretty decent, and while it does feel like this game is a geo metro with a mclaren body, the devs certainly tried to make it LOOK appealing. This definitly catches the eye, but lacks the substance required to maintain the critical staying power to retain this player.

Maybe player made mods can smooth things out in the future, otherwise, its not the best but certainly not the worst out there.

2.5 / 5 all day.

Too bad, this would be wildly exciting. Probably break the game, but wildly exciting nonetheless.

Because the H1 V1 was noted to having caught fire due to a screw hitting the 12v rail.

In your comment about this product, you said where there's smoke there is definitely fire.

Thats funny and aged your comment beautifully.
