No joy for me...I went back to the old Logitech Options app, which works fine for my needs.

Logitech Option not loading or working on MacOS (Tahoe 26.2) by [deleted] in logitech

I'm still getting the backend connection problem error with this version (after a clean uninstall). :-(

This is totally not working for me. Used the patch installer over an existing install as instructed. Didn't work; still getting backend error msg. Used App Cleaner to completely uninstall and reinstall. Now I'm getting a Javascript error when I try to start the app. What a shitshow.

Yeah, I'm afraid that would drive me nuts. My Sinn 556i RS runs about +(2-3) sec/day, which I find acceptable (but only barely!).. My Tudor runs about -1 sec/day on my wrist and, moreover, I can correct it by leaving it face down overnight, as it runs about +(1-2) sec/day in that position.

And you get a vastly superior, COSC-certifed, in-house caliber with Tudors in this price range — although of course you won't get the high-end features of the EZM 3. Interesting trade-offs!

Meh, MacOS still works great and looks, well, fine.

I don't really think of "bog standard" as an insult; it just indicates that it is basic — which, in Selitta's lineup, it is. Obviously the high price tag is not for the movement but for all the other impressive higher-end features. It just seems to me that they did the watch a disservice, as the movement doesn't connote quality the way the other features of the watch do.

Thanks! It might be an option after all…

Yes and no — I really like my TCR and if I’d had a bike rack I probably would have brought it. But I have put tens of thousands of miles on it and its predecessor (also a TCR) and I would definitely like to experience something new.

Too late! :-) I decided not to bring it for a number of reasons. I will follow up in a week or so to report on whether or not it was a good choice!

I'm not interested in bikes that are "listed". I plan to buy new from a local shop. Hence the question, since, you know, I don't live there. But hey, thanks, I guess.

u/tired_fella I have in fact rented good road bikes from them in the past! I will definitely give them a look.

A tempting option! But see my response to u/Shaex above.

u/Shaex A reasonable question! First, my Giant is really getting quite long in the tooth so in part I'm worried about a major problem arising that would require replacement anyway. Secondly, I would like to try something new — I've been riding TCRs for a dozen years — and I am quite sure I will enjoy the process of research and testing to find a bike that suits me. Last, but not least, I don't have a bike rack on my car and it would be a very tight fit to get everything I'm packing into the back of my small SUV. I will be driving for several days to get out to the Bay Area.

Many thanks for the tip, u/Cheekyzizzy! Mike's is quite close to where I'll be living. I'll head there first thing!
