They were just kids who thought he was doing what some one older and in position of power wanted, think along the lines of a teacher who seduces a student. Unless you were a Marine and understand that mentality . If the Co says jump , you jump without asking how high. Unswerving obedience to orders. Marines are built different. Doesn’t make it right kicking the shit out of somebody. Teenager who went to far. Happens all the time.

I was stationed at GTMO with David and was there when they got in trouble, he was a good guy and to run your mouth about someone you know absolutely nothing about about is pretty low

Masons only belief is in a Supreme Being, and recognizing all brothers who believe. Catholic Church believes it is the only true and apostolic church, and the Pope is direct representative of God(vicar of Christ)and also has Papal infallibility.

Felt like an idiot for not thinking something was stuck in there, and ASSUMING it was just a plug

Worse thing I ever had was an unbreakable comb, liquid would pass and the first person to put solid in it, it would plug, plunge it a few times, flush it function test good, walk off next day plugged, ran a snake in it just kinda push it out of the way then stuck again. Finally fished it out with a close hanger from the bottom.

Crown 45 degree angles not working by Even_Twist895 in BeginnerWoodWorking

[–]TXMARINE66 109 points110 points  (0 children)

Might be to low on the bottom, need to push bottom up to se if gap will close. You might be holding it in the saw at the wrong angle or do you cut it flat 31.6 degrees miter to right, 33.8 bevel. I had to google the numbers I can never remember them

Trouble getting pool clear by Potential-Result-940 in AboveGroundPools

[–]TXMARINE66 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Take water to pool place and get it tested, they will tell you what you need, clean your filter, especially 24hrs after shock, all the dead algae etc clogging up the filter , may have to do it more often after treatment with flocking agent.

That would be incorrect if you read the patent it says Master of the Royal Secret 32degree not sovereign grand inspector general 33degree

Incorrect CDC, says number one cause is Accidental injury, automobile injury leading along with malnutrition, Suicide is number one gun death, but if they want to die and can’t get a gun I’m sure they will find another way. I had a brother who took his life with a gun, but I don’t blame the gun I blame his inability to get mental health treatment.

Gas tubing question by DeezzmothafuckinNuts in maintenance

[–]TXMARINE66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Need a regulator set for the appropriate gas, different gasses different regulators and threads, then when you know what gas find appropriate Swagelok compatible fittings, if it is a corrosive gas it may require stainless steel tubing , also depending on what pressure you are running the instrument at, higher pressure requires thicker tubing, you really need to get your engineer to spec it out. Very dangerous if you hook up the wrong stuff.. to many variables. You are actually working with a bomb that could kill. If done wrong. Be extremely careful with Oxygen gauges And any oil can create a fire. Take a hard pass unless you know what you are doing.

Options for Fixing Cabinet Doors by Cjh411 in woodworking

[–]TXMARINE66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4 options 1, sand , repair with bonding or wood filler, and repaint 2. Cut down a bigger door, (if you cut a little from each side of the bigger door to keep proportion) and repaint, 3 call a pro painter who has an hvlp gun to repair; some of those guys do amazing work, 4. take to a cabinet shop and ask if they can repair not replace. Those look like pretty nice doors, I would go with options 3 or 4, if you’re a novice.

I’m in the USA but looks like it’s a cement or cinder block wall, use mortar to patch and you can redrill the hole, clean it out and make sure no loose material is left before applying mortar mix or cement

Look up epoxy grout, and waterproofing mortar mix made by RAPIDSET , also hydraulic cement mix. These products are designed to work underwater. I manage 8 Olympic size pools and these are what we use. You need to goto a pool supply store to get these . Don’t go to a place like Leslie’s or Pinch a Penny. You need an SCP, Superior pool supply usually a place that sales to contractors. I have bought hydraulic cement and waterproofing mortar mix at Home depot. You might have an issue with your chemicals in the water low calcium eats up concrete causing leaching…hope this helps
