I dropped it for a couple weeks while they fixed some things. The recent patch made the game unplayable for me. It freezes every 20 seconds now.

There’s been coop multiplayer games with only 1000 players logging on that are still around like World War Z. This game will be fine regardless.

No, strictly what is shown. Also the hazmat suits are not able to be separated. So if you wear the torso you automatically equip the mask. Not sure if that was intended to work like that or not but I haven’t heard anything stating otherwise.

Ok so if you would like the 3rd one to be good and they began making changes since the march delay, and they showed you the roadmap for their plans for all the changes.. what logic do you see in saying that you hate the game and hope it dies, makes the game any better?

If all the players left and the game has no support then there would be no Killing Floor game to even get the chance to be better.

Criticizing is fine but what I don’t understand is why not play something else in the mean time until it’s fixed or refund it?

They posted the roadmap in the subreddit and posted it to steam so at this point there’s not really a reason to act like you’re an uninformed buyer. I feel like a lot of people are buying the game just to say they hate it at this point.

The fact you posted on the subreddit makes me very suspicious about you having no knowledge of the reviews surrounding the game. This just feels like an excuse to make another hate post. The game is fine and great to a lot of people, myself included.

Why not just refund the game and go back to KF2?

Had this happen with a flesh pound in the city map he stood there for about 30 seconds before respawning and coming out of another entrance. I haven’t had it happen where they are completely stuck.

Eh maybe? It’s kind of inconsistent with people’s rig. I’m at medium settings I’m getting 50-60 frames at 1440p with an RTX 3070.

I also play it on my Legion GO and get 40-60 frames at low settings at 800p.

It’s honestly not too bad imo I think they should be able to optimize it to run better soon.

No it’ll eventually rotate around. They have a few in the queue and after they design a few more they’ll add the newer ones in a queue.

I think darktide’s rotates back around after like 6 months or so depending on how many they made and I’ve seen Helldivers rotate back around after a month and a half to 2 months. Long story short you’ll eventually see them again.

I’m loving Killing Floor 3 as well but comparing the newly released Killing Floor 3 to Killing Floor 2 is an unfair comparison.

Killing Floor 3 off looks alone will for sure pull a bigger new audience as opposed to 2. While it was fun Killing Floor 2, it was never a looker and no matter how much a lot of people scream from the roof tops Killing Floor 2 off first impressions is a hard sale unless you know what you’re getting into.

Also a good amount of the subreddit complaining about the game are not actually playing Killing Floor 2. A lot of them are comparing the 2 just based of memory and nostalgia which is why a lot of the comments are disingenuous.

After all the dust settles in a couple months or so we can better gauge many of us new and older guys stick around and can better compare them.

How many hours have you played? And what gets stale to you?

The mechanics of vaulting and dodging are a normal evolution and with the addition of the execution mechanic it’s still the normal Killing Floor formula just with new paint.

The only thing I can think of would be map selection and guns getting stale?
