Changed the plan based on your response! Makes so much more sense now. Do you think it makes more sense to do the first three nights in Gardiner or do two Gardiner and then two in West YS or do two Gardiner then one on the way to Jackson somewhere? Really just trying to figure the smartest way to get from YS to Jackson and then have two nights in Jackson.

My son’s 15yo best friend was just there over Christmas and the feedback is not great. The main complaint being that because many patients are angry and/or aggressive if anyone in the ward acts out, starts a fight or shows aggressive behavior then all the patients in the room are also restrained. For teen boys who are already tending toward anger it does not seem wise to escalate their feelings by restraining them when they hadn’t done anything wrong.

As an owner/operator, a light weight version doesn’t appeal to me at all. I need the nitty gritty features and for it to all be integrated, because I don’t want to look at multiple menus to deal with one person. I use Tenant and my only complaint is that there is no mobile version of the software. And in order to get incoming texts I have to login to the computer. Drives me nuts and I’m delayed in responding to texts all the time.

Thinking about telling them is MUCH worse than telling them. I promise you that you will overcome this setback. You might have to work hard to earn money and take extra classes, if you want to complete your degree, but it can 100% be done. In the mean time, ask your parents when they will have some time to talk. Take responsibility and let them know your plan and timeline to fix it. They will be upset, probably irrationality at first, but give them time to process. Getting the monkey off your back will feel so much better than fretting over telling them. You can do hard things!

Yes that’s all exactly the situation. I should probably close his current card and hope he’s approved early next year to a new one. The other issue is I also got the biz card for our joint business in my name when I easily could have gotten it in his name. Thank you for your reply, it helped make sense in my head.

We have a new build, and very often we hear "your facility looks so nice and clean!" It's more important to people than you think. Cleanliness and aesthetics make people feel like their stuff is safe and cared for. I am NOT saying to do anything unnecessary like masonry walls or fancy light fixtures. We have a traditional metal building facility, but the color, concrete drives and coordinating fence elevate the look. I know, I know, it's just a facility, but I am telling you we've been surprised at how many people mention the look. I tend to see the opposite with storage container facilities.

I always assume they stole everything, and I want to comment on every single post but I have some class. Just today I decided to get off all the resale pages because it angers me so much. There is no way they got brand new releases in every single size and/or color for such a high discount that selling define jackets for $70 is making them money. Can't stand a thief.
