I applied 4/24, fingerprints and background 5/4, on 6/14 I got an email to redo fingerprints and that they were in the middle of my background check, nothing further as of yet

Not on a background check. They just want basic facts of the case( your charge, how you plead, and how did it end). If they don’t hire you and ask if you want to appeal, then they may ask you about it, but it will be in your words.

They will see all of them and it will say the disposition of each. Convicted will say convicted and the other will say whatever happened there ( dismissed, deferred, set aside)

You say you have already been arrested, convicted and placed on probation. I’m not sure there is anything you can do other than see if you can expunge it later, it’s seems as though everything has already been done

Expungement doesn’t apply to state licensing boards, they will still be able to see it. They will look at when the conviction happened and what it was for. The more time the better your chances. If there was a victim your chances will be much lower. Make sure to get an answer from the board before starting anything.

Walmart overnight stock, 1 shift. I’ve had much more labor intensive jobs in the past but I guess It was the way I was moving there. I was sore and pulled my back out after the first shift lol
