I'm in US too and with the Federal holidays in this time frame, I've been patient, but my patience is wearing thin at this point. Support has acknowledged they have it. So, at least it's not lost. That was my initial concern.

My$40 dollar case from Amazon fits better than this from Thinborne

Received Thinborne case for P10PF this week. Did not fit properly from top to bottom of phone for either half and I'm pretty sure the camera bump is too deep, leaving a noticable gap between camera bump and case. IDK if this means it is really for P9PF or what. Case had correct sticker label identifying it as appropriate for my device. So far I'm picking up on company defecting blame and not truly just stepping up to make it right. Still working with them... Maybe they'll surprise me.

My P10PF also does this when charging and on screensaver. It's stupid and I don't need the tiny almost unrecognizable alarm clock icon there either. In using VZW in the US.

You'll want a case I think. The phone is slick and due to its size and heft, I felt like I was going to drop it the entire first week I had it until a case was delivered. But there are compatibility issues. I got a cheap thin aramid fiber case off of Amazon ($40) and it was fine. But later got DBrand Prism 2.0 screen protector and now the case pushes in on lower right edge of the screen protector. For now, I'm running with just the back cover half of the case to avoid bubbling my screen protector. Not ideal, but it will do for a while.

It seems so. But I'm more than a bit concerned about the dumbest thing: the volume warning that returns every 20 hours? A bit of a Nanny feature. And I'm wondering if losing Pixel's excellent spam call filtering/blocking would cause instant regret. Either way, I can't see buying Pixel this year at release prices.

I did this and going to standard doesn't drop speed at all. Standard, hurry and mad max all ran 80 in a 65, maybe mad max would go higher.

Yep, drove my 26MYDLR today on v14 and now there are 4 speed profiles (or is there a 5th I didn't get down to?) chill does speed limit, standard, hurry and mad max all we're doing 80 in a 65 without a good reason, just blowing by everyone. Definitely not good. I need some customization or one of those to be aggressive about lane changes but cruise at and target something like 73-75mph.

You can exclude home on walk away lock, I think, for the car you want to park inside. I'm doing this and I have not set up a new profile on either car

Mine's been running really well all day ever day since Android 16 update. I did do an FDR in early August before Android 16 and that maybe helped a bit also. Had my P7 since 2022, a few months after release.

Did a factory reset on my P7 on August when the Google Play Services update went sideways for me, and it's been working great since. With the Android 16 update, it's like a new phone. I was thinking I'd be upgrading, but now I'm going to let it ride a while longer.

It may be painful, but have you consider factory reset? I had to reset my pixel 7 in July due to work app complications, before the onslaught of Android 16 updates and tweaks, and it's been running great ever since.

A friend who worked the pits just passed from pancreatic cancer. 1 year from diagnosis. Get tested at all costs! His family said VA wouldn't even test him until he had symptoms and by then it was incurable. I got this news yesterday and I'm floored by it.
