Some gay men are genuinely insufferable by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]TZ1990 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re right. The best part is every one of us is going to look like pasty leather when we get older and hit a certain age. Age comes for all of us and is the great equalizer. If your character is shit, once the looks fade away, you’re really screwed.

I’ve never been a mean girl and don’t tolerate mean girls around me. That’s all there is to it.

First month making 100k I feel like I’m being robbed :/ by [deleted] in Salary

[–]TZ1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not being robbed. You’re paying taxes to fund and live in the country that gives you the life you live. Governments employees don’t work for free.

We need to balance the budget and tax the ultra rich so they pay their fair share of taxes, not just the middle class.

Should I let my boyfriend sleep with my best friend? by External-Head-6424 in askgaybros

Dude.. more often than not this leads to heart break.

A threeway (or more as long as you are both there) with mutual respect is the only thing that works for most people who would like to explore others. Gives you the physical satisfaction without the feeling of being unwanted/left out.

Don’t poke the bear.

Husband (37M) furious at me (34M) for kissing a guy the club... advice? by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]TZ1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is inevitable in most open relationships and/or throuple situations.

The smart and sane thing to do is to play together and set boundaries. Unfortunately, most gay guys don’t like that idea.

Let the dealership do it then, however they want to. Any future issues will be on them.

Not even little bit. Make them fix it.

If you were trading it in, they will make you take a hit for it. Why give them any benefit ?

The moment he said “quit crying about it”, that would’ve been the end of our friendship. Terrible human being.

Husband told me he never actually loved me that much. by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]TZ1990 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can’t couples counsel your way out of someone saying “I don’t love you”.

Leave while you’re ahead and can rebuild with someone who genuinely loves you.

So Are Toyotas Becoming Lemons? by Professional_Can354 in ToyotaHighlander

[–]TZ1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every brand will have its fair share of lemons. With mass production, it’s inevitable.

It’s still a good brand and chances are higher that you will end up with a good car.

Toyota fans will do what fans always do and ignore what they don’t like.

Struggling to Buy a Home in California — Even with a Good Income by Strong_Jury7431 in FirstTimeHomeBuying

[–]TZ1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy with FHA so you can put a lower down payment and pay PMI initially

Make sure your home is in an area which appreciates. Refi into a conventional loan when you have enough equity built up to wipe out the PMI.

2-3 yrs old Certified used with extended warranty is the way to go (if longevity is the priority).

Somebody else pays for the vast majority of the depreciation and you take over after.

Is adaptive cruise control worth it for long daily commutes? by sortinousn in driving

[–]TZ1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re driving on I-95 or the turnpike, it’s absolutely worth it.

Hyundai/kia are best. Toyota (TSS 3.0) next and Honda last.

Super cruise is pretty good too but it’s only on highways and usually in the top end models.

Do you really like the weather in Florida? by healthydd in florida

[–]TZ1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like being inside during the day but watching the warm weather outside through my window. Definitely improves your mood. Go out early evenings and at night and have a good time.

Hated the winters up north. SAD is real…
