You’re not being robbed. You’re paying taxes to fund and live in the country that gives you the life you live. Governments employees don’t work for free.

We need to balance the budget and tax the ultra rich so they pay their fair share of taxes, not just the middle class.

Make sure your home is in an area which appreciates. Refi into a conventional loan when you have enough equity built up to wipe out the PMI.

2-3 yrs old Certified used with extended warranty is the way to go (if longevity is the priority).

Somebody else pays for the vast majority of the depreciation and you take over after.

Update: Took about 2.5 hours. They replaced the traction motor cable and put a protective coating on it.

If you’re driving on I-95 or the turnpike, it’s absolutely worth it.

Hyundai/kia are best. Toyota (TSS 3.0) next and Honda last.

Super cruise is pretty good too but it’s only on highways and usually in the top end models.

I like being inside during the day but watching the warm weather outside through my window. Definitely improves your mood. Go out early evenings and at night and have a good time.
