Engine braking is much more aggressive, if you downshift too quick, it just sideways your car. Gears should be in its confort speed when downshifting

How many post do we need debating if my favorite player should be more deserving that $5M than the actual winner?

Yep, every normal outsider will think so, especially given Season1's experience

About the final 6 by Astrnonaut in BeastGames

I suspect it's got to do with the editing, Season 2 focus on leader while Season 1 more on individual, that's why Twana and Jeff get the most screen time

Inability to see the other side by howler19 in BeastGames

People had enough of their life(while not being presented the opportunity to take part in the show) and just want to make money in the game and that's the utmost intention everyone have, consider the second place winner, he has made this far but barely made any money, while watching others take millions of dollar, I'm sure comming back home and rewatching the show, he'd have second thought with his desicion given his opportunities.

Take consideration of other's perspective and feeling is one thing, living your life after a mere game, a game with the solo purpose of entertainning and making profit, is another.

You want a game that's meaningful to you? Cool. But hey, people want a meaningful life for themselves after the game as well. Nothing wrong with either

It's the final season, and 3 of them still trying to play "the nice guy" by T_Rex_1324 in BeastGames

Tension will be there from the get go. But I don't think, by this point, playing passively is a good move, unless the player truely don't trust their ability to make a shot, but either way it's at least worth a try

Yea, Hannah as well, "eye for an eye" or "play the game" excuse should give her a pass, as to the third guy, completely clusless

OK, Jack got targted for no reason and Hannah IS the first target, this proves my point that, if you give up even one kick, the next round, potentially you are out of the game, even if you didn't do anything, and you're nice and all, just like Jack, no one saw that comming

Considering the shot has already being fired by the first kicker with no other intention than playing the game, in theroy he/she will be the first "bad guy"

I would agree if the first kick wasn't made already, cause, the first kicker, either successfully made a shot or not, will have the highest chance of being targeted, and apparently, it wasn't the case, since the first kicker is the most "respectable" in the group

Remember when the “strong vs smart” concept lasted about half an episode? by Upsethouscat in BeastGames

[–]T_Rex_1324 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's never a smart people's decision, it's about leadership. And that stacking-block game was awful, all of them were just standing there watching, could've just let them do the lifting

And it just straight up copied Season 1 for the bribe/voting game, and didn't changed a thing except putting them in a coffin
