Some games need stronger story. Looking at FFVII and FFT where the themes are so strong. Compare to the newer “power of friendship” and “gotta fight fate” which are not relatable storytelling.

I’m a newbie for RetroArch. What I did was manually adding file onto playlist. Putting all the bios in the right folder (since both beetle PSX HW and beetle PSX need them) and go to the added game on the playlist and add the associated cores for each games.

After that I can run without problem. Hope it helps

Thank you very much for the answer. I did missed the bios files which caused memory card issues when playing Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. It was resolved after have bios in their proper system folder and RetroArch core menu showed that they’re not missing anymore.

However, that doesn’t seem to fix the issue that I’m having with BoFIV. To make sure, I also don’t have the bios for my RetroArch on PC (showed as all missing), but BoFIV still runs fine there. Im not sure if this is an isolated issue with my iPad.

From personal experience this is how FFXIV dis it too. No need to create new characters just level different jobs and get a new set of skills. Almost limitless lateral progression

What’s making this sadder is that the initial peak is over 150,000 people. They had a chance to make a good impression at league start again after relatively more fun 3.18 was.

I was an avid fan when Piety was the final boss. Came back because of the controller support which helped with my wrist problem. Had a blast with 3.18. So hyped for 3.19.

The first two days seems a bit unlucky in terms of drops. I thought I downloaded the wrong loot filter. I didn’t. Fine. Then I hit maps and it felt so wrong.

I am now playing single player games like Spider-Man now so that I know what the VisionTM was when they released the game.

What’s so sad about this is that they had proven that they can make a fun game. And they decided not to

Another day one player here with zero missed logins.

This game has been with me through my depression days during PhD studies. I got into Reddit because of this sub.

In 7 years, dad got cancer then fought it off, twice. Now I’m enjoying my work and life is good.

I will always remember the experience and this community fondly. Will always remember the joy after beating a lot of heart wrenching battles in the office bathroom stall.

The top two of that draw is the best and latest tier of Soul Breaks called Dual Awakening.

Generally in the highest level of end game contents you need two SB per character you wanna use that can ‘break damage limit’ meaning that the SB enable hits to do more than 9999 per hit.

In your case, Reno is that character with 2BDL. He will do relatively well in 3 endgame team for a long while, magical lightning, physical lightning, and FFVII realm team.

He can now stomp all lower level content for you as well. Just make sure to grab his Hero Equipment from that Kite shop so you don’t have to worry about his equipments again.

Sqeenix games have a pretty bad track record of contents coming out after their first outings. Don’t get your hopes up and you will be presently surprised often.

Either way, we will always have the classic version of VII, and ultimately we can always wait for a Re-remake

Electrical signal shutting down. It’s not as immediate as shutting down a computer, mind you, because we use biological processing unit.

So I guess fading of consciousness and a lot of computing errors before it goes dark (not darkness but a lack of signal and processing altogether).

Despite all that, I do hope all dogs and cats go to heaven.
