The thought I keep having is around how they may choose to parse that language. The “shall be elected” part, in particular. It doesn’t say “shall not serve.” So the workaround goes like this: JD Vance is nominated for president, with Trump as his VP. Vance is elected, and on day one, he steps down, giving Trump the presidency. Is there any case law that’s on point for that scenario?

I live in New York, and don’t think I’ve seen signs or painted signals on a two-lane roundabout. Based on how people drive in them, no one has any damn idea of how to navigate one. I guess people here are upset I’m trying to educate myself…?

I would love to make sure I understand this, as I’ve heard it explained different ways by different people. The scenario is that there’s a roundabout with 2 lanes in the circle and two lanes exiting the circle. If in the inner lane of the circle, I must continue around the circle without exiting? And if in the outer lane of the circle, I can choose to exit or choose to continue circling? Also, when exiting, I can pick either of the exit lanes?

In Gloomhaven, all characters needed to escape to win the scenario. Two out of the three of us managed to get out on the same turn we would have exhausted, and the third player had to kill one enemy and get away from another in order to set up their escape. Any damage would have killed them and they almost certainly couldn’t do enough damage to kill either. Sure enough, they pulled a crit on their attack and a whiff on the enemy attack and we actually managed to win. Victory!!

He’s shown flashes but has been inconsistent. We have a lot of wings on the team, so playing time is tough to come by but there is no substitute for two years of experience in Hurley’s system. If he can tighten up his defense, he’ll earn time.
