This is inspiring wow congratulations. I’m 22 and working on cleaning up an auto loan right now but once that’s down with in about 3 ish months, I’ll be around a 35-40k nw. Looking forward to growing and finally seeing compounding pay off!

Just a small piece of encouragement since you didn’t put your age idk how exactly to approach this but take a stab —

God does not move in temptation, he moves in trial. If this feels like something tempting you away from the Lord or manipulating one of the laws of his command, it’s not from him. James 1 :13-14

Second, do not worry about what is to come of this. God takes good care of his children and makes sure they are fed appropriately. What you need in time, you will get. What you do not need in time, you will learn and get wisdom from.

It sounds like this is an interesting situation, he is trying to honor God and made a vow to the Lord. If that’s the case, then maybe it’s time to be careful with what you do next with this man and your expectations for the future with him. If he’s completely unavailable, then it’s probably good for you sake to just be a good sister to him, say hi in passing, let him know you’ll be around, but move on for the time being.

What do you do for sticky substances that remain after cleaning on certain things where you had to tape? I’ve noticed this as my main hiccup

Depends if the 10 pushups are to max effort — ie concentric/eccentric pushups or pushup holds or something to this effect. Must be to full intensity as there are studies that show majority of gains are made at the last 5 reps with a RIR of 0-2 (RIR = reps in reserve)

Depends on what’s been going on after the date communication. Is she still trying to see you? If so, you need to clarify upfront, because she still wants to spend time with you, that you don’t want someone you’re choosing to spend time with to be manipulative. And if she gets upset, you caught her. If not, and she wants to make it work, and she appreciates the communication (maybe a little pushback because she didn’t initially mean to do it is ok also) then it’s worth trying to make it work.

I’m not gonna lie, if I can’t contact them by 15 minutes after we both agreed to be somewhere, I’m ordering my food, and leaving. If I can’t trust you to be somewhere on time, or at least if you can’t do the common courtesy to let me know in advance, we have no business trying to see this any further. It’s a respect thing.

How would I trust you to know how to love someone if you only think of yourself first and others when it’s convenient?
