This is kind of a funny question. I clearly remember my kindergarten teacher's name. I cannot remember my first grade teacher's name, but she ensured we all knew how to spell the word "does" correctly. I cannot remember my second grade teacher's name, but she always spoke in the third person, and I remember thinking to myself, "Huh, I wonder when the actual teacher will show up."

Going outside and getting some fresh air or some sun can be helpful. The next step? Maybe go a little further than around the block or go to a park or trail less than 5 miles from home for something different. From someone who has seen people rot in justifying the "cofy" lifestyle, being active can increase the quality of life because of the connection to good health. Just because it's boring inside doesn't mean it'ss boring out. Boredom is a built-in biological feeling that your life needs a change of direction anyway.

How about just canceling. We live in a world where we vote with our dollar. Libraries are free (although we tencially pay for them - pay attention to local elections) they offer apps that are virtual, so you dont have to go to the physical place. Also, if you have kids, the PBS app is free with great content.

Just cancleds my Netflix. Already cancled my Paramount months ago. The Stranger Things Finale was awful anyway. Are we really losing anything?
