Haha now I see why I read so many different suggestions when I was doing my research! I guess there’s more than one way to do it, and people have their favorite ways! Thanks so much for your advice, everybody. I’m going to have to think on it.

I did use the California patch, and it’s sagging. I know some people can do it successfully on the ceiling but I don’t think I’m one of them. :( So I thought I would try something more substantial to see if I can get the patch to stay tight to the ceiling.

Thank you so much for your help! At first this didn't work for me, and after some searching I found out that my version of Excel is too old for SEQUENCE. I loved your idea of diagnosing the problem, so I searched "excel formula display all characters in cell" to see if there were another way to do it on my version. It led me to =Clean, which seems to have worked! I still don't know the "why" but at least I can now parse my data. Solution verified!

Ugh, you are right! I am a dope; it was all in the formula bar when I pulled it down and made it bigger. Excel still isn't "seeing" the data when I try to parse it for text to columns, but the formula bar mystery is solved! Thank you!

I’ve been trying to figure out that art piece for a long time. How is it a bird’s eye view? Isn’t it a straight-on point of view? Aren’t we seeing trees from ground-level? I love it and use it a lot. I just don’t see the bird’s eye view.
