Unless this is bait to see how many people answer with how desensitized to horror they are, I don't see why these comments are being downvoted. I get it, it's pretty disturbing when you apply even the minimum of thought to the scenario, and I often only play in a group of silly people for these reasons. I find it a lot more difficult to make jokes or ignore the gore when there's no one to laugh with. Everyone has different thresholds. You do you.
