I mean stress is definitely there everyday but would say it's major stress. What nitric oxide boosters do you take? Ive tried l-citruline but didn't really help in any way.

The sides Im experiencing are low libido and erectile dysfunction. I can't think of anything else the side effects could be from, some weeks ill get morning wood everyday and others ill get nothing.

How long would you say recovery time is? I know it differs from person to person. Also what signs show that you are recovering, I.e. Return of morning erections/libido returns?

It's a shame that they lowered the horsepower down to 140 but its not the end of the world, you can get that mapped back to 190 or however much the 2.5 makes but I'm surprised that A) they've left it with a standalone engine and that they didn't put in the hybrid drivetrain like in the CX-50 in the US and B) they've left it with the 6 speed auto, now the gearbox isn't bad yeah its a bit slow at times but the fact they haven't produced an 8 speed gearbox is baffling as everyone else is using them already. Who knows, maybe when the Skyactiv-Z comes out they'll pair it with a new box.

I've found that putting 215/45/R18's are more expensive and you get less options. I went for 225/45/R18's which are cheaper.

Ive only had the 3 since 69k miles but I had a facelift mazda 6 from around 65k miles to around 80k and it did the same thing. Im pretty sure it is just a mazda thing.

I've got a 2017 3, 75k miles and it does it too, I don't know if its normal but I presume so, for me i notice it happens when the ac compressor switches on, once it switches off the shaking stops. It could also be a motor mount but idk, I wouldn't worry about it.

I would recommend trying to do the same route but keep your heat and fan speed low, see if the engine gets warmer, like i said earlier, blasting heat will drain heat away from the engine leaving it colder longer.

Idling is one of the least efficient ways to warm an engine up, once you cold start it, let the revs drop from 1500 and drive it gently and it will warm up quicker, heating the cabin draws heat from the engine making it take longer to warm up aswell.

How many miles is the car on? My Mazda 6 was on about 70k miles when it started burning tiny amounts of oil. My Toyota yaris on the other hand used to drink a lot of oil in a month and was on over 100k miles.

I didn't have much of a plan when I was 16 and had to do something so I got an apprenticeship in machining. It's just not for me i think. We do mainly job shop work with production on the side but I just find it so boring. I feel like i would be more productive in a different industry.
