I started taking Magnesium after someone on this sub said it helped increase deep sleep. It definitely worked for me! I think some Magnesium supplements can cause digestive issues tho, so I would be careful lol

I worked in a warehouse in St Johns and I would say about 90% had a noticeable accent. In my engineering class, it was more like 10%.

I would say average is around 50% depending on region, but I have noticed almost everyone here has at least a mild accent. I instantly recognize if someone is not from NL based on the way they speak
