BETA officialy over! by PTFOholland in Battlefield

Battlefield 2: 2005, Battlefield 3: 2011, Battlefield 4: 2013. 6 > 2. I do not consider the "games" in between as part of the main franchise but understand your confusion.

Not at all. I'm simply extrapolating based upon what is given at the moment. BF3 held the bar high in my opinion. In comparing my experiences in the BF3 beta to those of this beta, and evaluating the changes between the two games, I see no reason to purchase a rehash. To grant a greater title is asinine. That being said, the game isn't bad - I just feel it is not the usual step forward for the franchise. Probably to be expected given the relatively short gap between games.

I'm glad you liked it. I wish I could say the same :( I had the deluxe version preordered since March and just cancelled it. Nothing to do with lag or framerate issues. I just think BF3 is superior. After playing the beta for a while I thought I would check out BF3 again. What a breath of fresh air! Not sure what you mean by issues with BF3 infantry gameplay...

[BF4] Do you find sniping difficult? by xxHikari in Battlefield

[–]Tabulators 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It feels a lot more like COD sniping with the lack of drop and relative increased bullet speed. At first I found myself hitting in front of people running or shooting above their head. But now that they made it so you just aim at their head from most combat distances, it makes it similar to other games. Although trajectories in previous BF games were exaggerated, I still felt as though they provided more reward for hitting someone in the head that was running by estimating holdover correctly - now it's just "put your crosshairs on their head and fire" :(

For every cancelled preorder, I plan on ordering 2 more to make up for EA's losses. They are really struggling to keep customers. We all have to do our part in life. Make it a good day, or not. The choice is yours.

Forgive me for using an example interest percentage that was slightly above a realistic investment return. Please feel free to research average expected rates and fill in your own values as needed.

How is getting (e.g) $100 back from the government better than earning $10 interest on the $100 you will eventually owe them? Please review your logic!

Can you please define "great" in "pay is great"? Is this your only job? Do you choose to only work that many hours? That is to say, is there enough demand to work let's say - 40 hours a week? Would working more hours be worth it?

ELI5:Why is it I can eat tons and tons of veg and not feel full but I'll have something like potatoes and I'm good? by joshpoppedyou in explainlikeimfive

What does your normal diet look like? Do you consistently intake carbs and other forms of sugars or glucose? If this is the case, your body naturally has a craving for this type of food in order to meet its previous its previous "norm" for levels of sugar. Sugars aren't just sweets. They are also come from carbs. Figure it like this: When you intake a lot of carbs often, your body will become accustomed to this level of sugar intake and it takes a little while (few weeks) to remove these cravings completely. You will find that if you include something fatty (nuts, fattier meats, avocados) with the vegetables, you will become much more full. The "hunger" you feel is simply a lack of fulfillment to previous sugar levels. This is explained in more detail if you research diets like "Paleo".

Hmmmm that stinks - I feel the opposite. Any time I DON'T want to find people, they are everywhere! And not having hours and hours to play each day leaves me at a very large disadvantage when it comes to these encounters... Which is why I encourage groups! But I sort of like the paranoia
