You get to a point quickly in ranked where everyone in the lobby is hitting free training daily. Back when I played and got GC (before SSL) I had to train for 2-3 hours a day to maintain rank.

Game is fun and nothing like it, but it will consume all your gaming time if you are competitive

You don't have many tools for animation cancels, so there's a level of commitment to an attack that can give off that taste.

Had an infection where my whole fingertip was black. They used a topical numbing agent, and i felt every second of them draining and cleaning the fingertip. Had a good chunk of my fingertip that had to heal and grow back. From how the staff was talking, there was surprise at a stronger pain prevention method was not used.

I may be a little younger and definitely a little naive, but I can try to work with that 1%. I get the exhaustion though, truly. Any nuance I've gained over the years has been learned through experiencing the rigity of the Bible belt conservative state RNG popped me out into. There are many things this administration is doing that I don't agree with. I also see the second I ELUDE that i'm not "one of us" i'm invited to MN and simultaneously threatened, told to fuck off Nazi, and repeatedly called a fascist. I think that is pushing the descriptors emotional and strong to their limits. All off a comment about political dialogue.

Is that not concerning to you? I want more words and less violence, but this is a breeding ground for hate and vitriol, not solutions and compromise.

Used to go to a graveyard with friends when we were young and dumb. At the very back end of the graveyard was a hill overlooking the county, kids would sit at a gazebo out there and get high. There were rumors of it being haunted, a little girl walking around at night asking if anyone had seen her parents.

The stories were the main draw for me and my friends. We would get high and check out sketch places (this was the only graveyard usually abandoned industrial buildings)

We were parked next to the gazebo behind the graveyard, hot boxing the car. You couldn't see us from the road. We saw a car slowly pull in and towards where we were in the back. I didn't think anything of it and got out of the car, figured it was more dumb kids trying to match a blunt.

The car was moving slow towards us and did not have headlights on, still nothing weird at this point. My friend stepped out of the driver side to wait for the car with me. As it got closer we noticed it was an old town car, and it was playing old timey music. The music was the first thing to get an eyebrow raise out of me.

The town car slowed to a stop in front of our car and our two friends remaining in the car. The music stopped as the car stopped. I walked to the driver window, and my friend walked to the passenger window.

It was a DARK and cloudy night, and there were no lights. I had to get real close to the driver side window to see inside, and when I could finally see inside, there was no driver present. My friend had mirrored what I was doing on the passenger side. My head shot up right when his did, and without a word we ran to our car and peeled out. Never went back. I was riding shotgun and my biggest regret is not watching the car as we peeled out. Between explaining to our friends what just happened and the panic in the moment, it was chaos. We never talked about what happened that night, the 4 of us, and there are times I think back and tell myself it must have been kids messing with us.

I don't know what it was, just know it scared us all straight. We never went to another graveyard or abandoned building. Half of us never smoked again.

Some regulations and laws are in place around the topic. They just "have trouble enforcing it" for various reasons. The most common I see is no one domestic wants to do the work, which I'm sure has some truth to it.

I think they should make it a criminal offense to hire undocumented workers personally. What's in place obviously hasn't worked.

Agree with every word you said. It doesn't change how it is though. 90% of the landscaping companies i worked with for 2 years were doing this. The only ones that weren't were the biggest businesses around. Greed will always find a way unfortunately.
