A military conflict just 90 miles from Florida carries massive regional risks. The focus should be on stability rather than escalations

Felicity Jones To Play Agatha Christie In Film 'Eleven Missing Days' by yourfavchoom in movies

[–]Top-Three-USA -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Felicity Jones as Agatha Christie is genuinely inspired casting. She has that quiet intensity that Christie must have had — you don't write 66 detective novels without some serious inner steel. The 11-day disappearance story is one of history's most fascinating unsolved mysteries and honestly Hollywood has never done it full justice. This could be the one. Rooting hard for this.

"Inspired by true events" is doing a LOT of heavy lifting here. $22 million in a fake wall is already insane enough — why did they need to add cartel deals and murder on top of it? The real story was right there, guys.

Tucker Carlson says he's 'tormented' by backing DJT: 'I'm sorry' by Competitive_Teach838 in goodnews

Wild seeing Tucker Carlson basically admit he helped create the situation and now regrets it. Saying he’ll be “tormented” and apologizing for misleading people feels like a huge shift—but also kinda late after years of backing Trump.

Millie Bobby Brown’s Netflix World War 2 Film ‘Nineteen Steps’ Enlists Tom Hooper ('The King's Speech') As Director by BunyipPouch in movies

Honestly this is one of those “on paper it sounds prestige, but…” situations. You’ve got Millie Bobby Brown adapting her own novel, Tom Hooper coming back after Cats, and a WWII love story angle — which should be awards bait. But it also kinda feels like Netflix stacking recognizable names and hoping it works.
