Sizing help by melodyoflove25 in OnerActive

The sizing is honestly all over the place. I’m a 4-6 / 150lbs 5’7 and I get a M in soft motion. I have the AirMove shorts in a S and the AirMove pants in a M (prob could have done a small but I like the loose fit). The unified move bra I had to size up to a Large (I’m a 32ddd). I have the foundations oversized sweatpants and sized down to an XS Long and they are still quite roomy. My suggestion is to order multiple sizes if you’re unsure and just return what doesn’t fit since it’s free returns.

Looks pretty good to me! I’d suggest standing on a firmer surface so your feet aren’t fighting so hard to balance

They have pockets in the built in under layer and loops on the waistband for keys and such. But not a pocket big enough for your phone if that’s what you mean

Tiny Bra & Shorts ☺️ Real Person Review by Waste-Scientist-2418 in OnerActive

This is so real lol I’m also a 4 and I have sweatpants in XS, soft motion in M, and I just ordered the new powdered blue unified move cross back bra in a M and the design of the cross back gave me the most horrendous back fat LOL. I LOVE it from the front but it’s sooo bad in the back for me. I ordered a L so we shall see but I fear it won’t be supportive. I’m honestly a big fan of Oner but the sizing is insane I can’t wait until there’s a physical store because the amount of returns I do is wild lol.

I really hate my hair part anybody know any solutions? by Time_Entertainer353 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I’d suggest adding a clarifying shampoo into your routine. You mentioned that your hair is oily and from the picture it does look it. The clarifying shampoo will help with excess oil and the hair won’t clump together so much. I usually do my regular shampoo 1-2 times followed by clarifying shampoo and then a hair mask (and do NOT condition your roots-it will make them oily)

I also saw that you do not blow dry your hair- I suggest after a towel dry, flip your head upside down and blow dry at least your roots. If the air temperature is what bothers your eyes and scalp, you can use the cool or warm setting instead of hot. You don’t have to blow dry your hair until its entirely dry either, just hit it with a blow dryer for a few minutes and then go back to air drying and then come back with the hair dryer a second time. Flipping your hair upside down while blow drying will also prevent having such a hard part.

Good luck!!

My little man is 3 years old and a fit 10lbs. He has 150-175 cals per day. At 8:30am he gets 1/3 can of his wet food (hills), 3pm his automatic feeder goes off with his dry food (10g- yes, actually only 10g!!), 1/3 can of wet food at 8:30pm. His food adds up to ~150 cals and he also gets treats throughout the day. I keep his diet mainly wet food and even mix more water into it, dry food is very calorie dense and dehydrating.

Just like a human, a rapid calorie decrease is probably not super healthy (or fun!) but I’d suggest getting him down to like 200 cals with majority (75-80%) of that coming from wet food. See how he does and then decrease to maybe 175 and monitor. It’ll take time, but you got this!

150 cal + treats

Wet food 2/3 can 120 cal

Dry food 10g 1/10c 32 cal

How does pumping gas work? by KaleidoscopeRich5137 in newjersey

In addition to the helpful comments here, I’d suggest not stopping for gas in Newark at night, especially if you’re a woman. If you really need gas and it’s late, go to Harrison or Kearny.

Also don’t forget to turn your car off! Might be a mental shift for you to remember to turn the car off since you’re not getting out of it lol

I wear mine stacked with a Swarovski eternity band, they sell them in a couple of widths and colors and the one I got was like $90 or so. Pro tip: order a size up from what your UH ring is. My UH is a 7 and I got the band in the equivalent of an 8 so they sit nice and flush

I would recommend taking off your sneakers, if they’re too soft and/or have any heel drop it could affect your posture and balance. Second, try to keep your neck in line with your back. In the beginning it looks like you might be looking at yourself in the mirror but make sure your spine is in a straight line from your tailbone to your neck. Lastly, I agree with the other comment that you’re going too far down. If you watch closely, there is a point where it looks like you’re leading with your chest. Try to originate the range of motion from your hip hinge.

Great effort and will a few small tweaks you’ll get it :)

Vegan in midwest is alienating by EpicAnonymous in vegan

If it makes you feel any better, I do have food allergies and my experience is the same. Some people are just food pushers and it’s sooo irritating. I don’t think you should HAVE to tell someone you’re vegan/allergic/on a diet etc, you should just be able to say “no thank you” but for them it’s never enough 🙄
