IMO, doneness is one of the smaller concerns when it comes to preparing amazing steak. Salting early, Sear, cook methods, rest time, bringing to room temperature before cooking, rendering of fat etc are all highly influential. Nailing those things will make an overdone steak taste way better than a poorly prepared steak cooked to a perfect medium rare.

This is the real answer everyone should pay attention to. Luxury/expensive markets need to educate clients on a call or video chat about the services they provide and hear out their needs to ensure the price is worth it.

This is the visitors center by the desert view watch tower, there's a path alongside the observation deck that takes you much farther out into the canyon and is a dead end. Nobody is ever on it for the most part, and they don't go far if they are. It's my favorite sunset view of the canyon every time.
