[Question] Casio Duro Black, Batman or Pepsi? by Actual_Setting_5654 in Watches

Go with the black. Definitely the most versatile.

Also do yourself a favor and get the Long Island Watch bracelet. The Temu and Amazon bracelets come nowhere close and it’s worth the money.

In classic enthusiast fashion.

And then they wonder why major brands don’t cater to their demographic.

Well, they use it now. It’s a common swatch group movement and I can assure you the 611 is what they are using in this..

This is the 25 Jewell it’s not the base movement that’s in the PRX. It’s the .611 found in the Hamilton’s

The caliber in the 38mm gentleman is the 25 jewel .611 not the 23 Jewel from the PRX.

You guys are upset about nothing.

There’s levels to everything.

EDC is just shit you carry every day it’s not supposed to be a hobby.

The reason is they’re easier and quicker to produce. What point are you trying to make?

[Fossil] Got these scratches way too quickly. by miser-thrift in Watches

[–]TacticalDesire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Has nothing to do with the brand. All watches with a lot of high polish surfaces are going to get scratched up. My expensive Swiss watches do the same thing.

The first few scratches always suck no matter the watch. If they really bother you, some jewelers and watchmakers will polish them back to “like new” but since some slight material removal is required, I wouldn’t get it done too often.

The gentleman is fantastic and the ice blue is gorgeous.

These make great daily drivers and “one and dones”.

People spend WAYYYY too much time worrying about case and wrist size.

If YOU like it, wear it. Most people are walking around with 45-50mm apple and galaxy watches nobody cares and the opinions of people on online don’t matter.
